1. What CageIQ is

CageIQ publishes model-based win probabilities, written breakdowns, statistics and a public record of its past picks for mixed martial arts fights. It is for analysis and entertainment. CageIQ does not take bets, does not sell picks, is not a sportsbook and is not affiliated with the UFC or any promotion or sportsbook.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older, or 21 or older where the law where you live requires it. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including any rules about sports betting.

3. Not advice, no guarantees

Win chances are estimates and are often wrong; past results do not guarantee future results. Nothing on CageIQ is financial or betting advice. Don't risk money you can't afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, contact 1-800-GAMBLER (US) or BeGambleAware (UK). Fighter information, odds and news come from public sources and AI-assisted research; we work to keep it accurate but can't promise it is complete or current.

4. Accounts

Accounts are free and tied to an email address you control. Keep sign-in links to yourself. You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

5. Beat the AI (pick'em)

• Free to play; there are no prizes and nothing of value is won or lost.
• Picks lock at 00:00 UTC on the event date, the same cutoff as CageIQ's own picks, and are graded against the official result.
• Leaderboard names are public. Choose one that isn't offensive, misleading or someone else's identity; we may change or remove names that are.

6. Acceptable use

Please don't scrape or bulk-download the site or its APIs, try to break or overload it, abuse other people, or use it for anything unlawful. The public ledger file (/ledger/picks.csv) is the exception: it exists so anyone can download and audit our record.

7. Content and data

CageIQ's text, design and model output are ours. You may quote and link to our picks and record with attribution ("CageIQ, cageiq.app"). Some fighter records are derived from Wikipedia and are available under CC BY-SA 4.0; UFC statistics come from ufcstats.com via an open dataset, and odds from BestFightOdds and The Odds API.

8. Liability

CageIQ is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using or relying on the site, including any betting losses.
